As a homeopath my practice is bound by the Code of Ethics of the Society of Homeopaths.

 

Due to the nature of homeopathy I will be taking case notes of your personal data during our appointments, in order to understand your symptoms and to find the most appropriate homeopathic remedy. The information collected during the consultation will be hand written and stored securely offline. Please note that any digital information such as video or photos you may send through Email or WhatsApp will be noted and then immediately deleted. I am legally required by my insurance company to keep client notes for 7 years and they are securely locked, after which all information is shredded. Your email or phone number will solely be used to contact you or for treatment purposes. It will not be used for advertising or given to any third party. You may request a copy of your file at any time.

 

My homeopathic practice is based on the principle that homeopathy is a complementary health care system. I therefore encourage communication with other health care professionals. These professionals may be within the complementary field or may be general practitioners, specialists or other medical professionals who I feel may help the patient. If a patient is , or has been, under the care of another medical professional please be aware I look to work alongside rather than replace any other medical practitioner. This is especially important in serious terminal diseases. 

 

As a homeopath I do not make any medical diagnosis or medical assumptions, and hence I may ask the patient to go to certain tests at their GP or hospital. In  addition, I do not claim that homeopathy can treat or cure named diseases or conditions rather that a patient's general health will benefit.
